Is this going to work for me?

Step 1: Apply oil to your abdomen
Before bed, drizzle castor oil directly onto your lower abdomen over your liver and gut.

Step 2: Place the wrap and adjust
Put the wrap over the oil and adjust the straps for a snug fit. Not tight. Just snug.

Step 3: Sleep in it
6 to 8 hours. Your body heat activates the oil. The wrap holds everything in place. Works in any sleeping position.

Step 4: Remove in the morning
Take it off. Wipe off any residue. Done.
